Training that leaves your team in control

A new system is only as good as the people running it. After installation, WESA engineers train your operators at the machine so they understand the controls and can keep production moving.

Hands-on, at the machine, in plain terms

We train on your system, on your floor, not a demo rig or a generic version of it. Once installation is complete, WESA engineers bring operators and maintenance staff to the HMI and work through the screens they will see every shift: starting up, reading status, clearing the faults the system actually throws, and stepping through recovery in the order it happens on the line. Questions get answered at the machine with the screen still up, not written down for a follow-up email.

By the time we leave, operators can start the line, run it and bring it back after a fault. Maintenance staff know which screen to open and which alarm to trace when something stops, so the next stoppage starts with your own people looking in the right place, and more get cleared without a call to us.

What training covers

Tailored to your system and your team's roles.

Startup and shutdown
How to bring the system up, run it through a normal cycle and shut it down safely at the end of a shift.
Operating the HMI
Reading status, navigating screens and using the controls so operators stay in command of the process.
Faults and recovery
Recognizing alarms, understanding what they mean and following the right steps to clear a fault and resume production.
Maintenance awareness
What maintenance staff should check, where common issues show up and when to call for support.
Documentation and hand-off
Walking through the as-built system at hand-off so your team has a clear reference after we leave.
