Field Services

Field installation done safely and on budget

Technicians from WESA and our Industria affiliates wire and connect the equipment that ties your control system to the floor: operator stations, motors, safety devices, instruments, tubing and networks.

The wiring that connects controls to the machine

A control panel only matters once it is wired to the equipment it runs. Technicians from WESA and our Industria Power + Data affiliates do that work as one crew, landing conductors at operator stations, motors, sensors and instruments so signals get where they need to go.

Safety and budget are part of the plan rather than an afterthought: work is scoped, executed cleanly and completed within the budget you agreed to. Installation also pairs with our commissioning and field service engineering, so the same people who wire the system can prove it and stand behind it.

What we install

The field wiring and devices our crews put in.

Operator enclosures
Wiring of operator enclosures, push-button stations and operator interface panels so your team can run the machine.
Motors and safety devices
Motor installation and wiring of safety devices including light curtains, guard switches and scanners.
Field components
Installation of limit switches, prox switches, photo eyes and solenoids that tell the controls what the machine is doing.
Process instrumentation
Setup of pressure, flow and temperature transmitters, plus calibration so readings are accurate from day one.
Tubing, network and pneumatics
Instrumentation tubing, network wiring and pneumatic systems run and connected as part of the install.

Installation scales with the group

Field installation is staffed by technicians from WESA and our Industria Power + Data affiliates, working as one crew. That gives a project the headcount and the electrical scope it needs without you sourcing a second contractor.

You are not managing two vendors to get there. The scope moves across the group and your point of contact stays with WESA, so the people who engineered the controls are still the ones answering for them.
