Concept to commissioning
Turnkey control systems integration
We carry a control system from first concept to a running line, including electrical design, panel fabrication, programming and on-site commissioning— all handled by one accountable team.
Integration, start to finish
As a turnkey industrial control systems integrator, we take a project from concept through design, panel fabrication, programming, installation and commissioning, so you work with one team instead of stitching vendors together.
Project scope spans a single drive field retrofit, a PLC and HMI upgrade, or a complete multi-section drive conversion. We handle process, machine and conveyor controls across food and beverage, petrochemical, utilities, pharmaceutical, water and wastewater, packaging and data center applications.
Because engineering, fabrication and field service share one building, the people who designed your system are the ones who wire it and bring it online. Documentation, schematics and as-built records follow the project the whole way.
How a project moves
A typical integration follows the same accountable path from drawing to handoff.
- Design
- AutoCAD electrical schematics, panel layouts and bills of material built to UL 508A, UL 698A, NNNY, CSA and NFPA 79.
- Fabrication
- The control panel is built and wired in-house, against the same drawings the field team will use.
- Programming
- PLC logic and HMI screens developed for the process, including PLC upgrades and recipe and SCADA work where the project calls for it.
- Commissioning
- Acceptance testing, I/O checks, drive and loop tuning, and operator handoff to verify the system runs as designed.

Installation stays inside the group
The electrical contractors from Industria Power + Data can handle the field install, coordinated with your shutdown or changeover window. Your point of contact stays with WESA, and the engineers who designed the system are the ones who commission it.
