Visibility & supervisory control

SCADA and process controls that show the whole line

We tie machines, drives and instruments into one supervisory view, so operators see what the process is doing and act on it without chasing data from station to station.

From a single machine to plant-wide visibility

A SCADA system pulls status, alarms and command from the machines, drives and instruments on a production line into a single operator view. We build the supervisory layer and the process, machine and conveyor controls underneath it, holding temperature, level, flow and sequence inside the limits the product requires. Recipe management moves batch and product changeovers onto the operator screen instead of the plant floor.

We design supervisory screens against the PLC and drive work underneath, so both report the same tag names. Maintenance then troubleshoots one naming scheme, and an alarm on the screen identifies the device that raised it. The same team writes the controller logic and the screens, on a single production line or across several.

What we build in

Supervisory and process control features sized to the operation.

SCADA systems
Supervisory control and data acquisition that brings line status and command into one operator view.
Recipe management
Stored recipes so product or batch changeovers happen at the screen, not in the code.
Process controls
Control of temperature, level, flow and sequence to hold the process inside required limits.
Machine controls
Coordinated control of individual machines and their interlocks within the larger system.
Conveyor controls
Conveyor and material-handling control sequenced with the upstream and downstream equipment.
Data and alarms
Alarm handling and process data captured so operators and maintenance can see what happened and when.
