Schematics · Layouts · Documentation

Electrical engineering and design that the build follows

Our engineers draw the schematics, lay out the panels and specify the components, then hand the same documentation to the manufacturing floor and the field, so what gets built matches what was drawn.

Drawings the whole project runs on

Our engineers work with you to develop the system, then produce the schematics, layouts and parts lists that the panel fabrication and field teams build against. We design enclosures, electrical systems and pneumatic systems, specify components such as PLCs, drives and HMIs, and update existing documentation when a system changes. Standard deliverables include AutoCAD-generated electrical schematics and bills of materials.

We can design to UL 508A, UL 698A, NNNY, CSA and NFPA 79, whichever the job calls for. Where you have your own control standards or preferred component vendors, we design to them rather than around them. Each project receives a unique as-built record and confidential archiving, so the drawings stay accurate long after commissioning.

What we deliver

Engineering documentation that the manufacturing floor, the field and your team can all rely on.

AutoCAD electrical schematics
Electrical schematics drawn in AutoCAD that the panel build and field installation follow line for line.
Panel and enclosure layouts
Enclosure and component layouts that account for heat, access and the components specified.
Bills of materials
Parts lists tied to the schematics, so purchasing and fabrication work from one source.
Component specification
Selection of PLCs, drives, HMIs and protection devices sized for the application.
Standards compliance
Design to UL 508A, UL 698A, NNNY, CSA and NFPA 79, whichever the job calls for.
As-built documentation
A unique as-built record per project, archived confidentially and updated when the system changes.
